All products on our website are shipped free of charge by a carrier chosen by Epoxy Plus LLC. Epoxy Plus will notify the customer via email with a carrier tracking or Pro number. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery can be received according to the carrier’s schedule. Any additional delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may charge the customer directly or they may back charge Epoxy Plus LLC for additional charges which will be charged to the customer. Epoxy Plus LLC ships all products by regular ground delivery service which generally takes 3-7 business days but could be longer. Epoxy Plus LLC may quote shipping times however the customer understands that these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Epoxy Plus LLC and or its representatives are not liable for loss due to longer delivery times. The customer authorizes the shipper and delivery company to leave all packages without proof of signature. Epoxy Plus LLC is not liable for lost, missing, stolen or damaged products. Expedited service may be available for additional fees. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.
